Price Match Guarantee
Graphic Backdrops Inc. (dba GraphicBackdrops.com) will match the price of a product if you find the same or a very similar item for less at another retailer.
- A valid price match request will be honored at any time before ordering, or within three (3) calendar days after the delivery date. This timeframe is based on the delivery date, not any other date.
- Submit price match requests HERE.
- The competing product must be the same or very similar, with comparable materials, included items, optional upgrades or accessories, and specifications.
- The competing product must be in stock and available for purchase at the time the price match request is submitted.
- Graphic Backdrops Inc. reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for price matching.
- Price matching applies only to the product price, not to shipping or other fees.
- We reserve the right not to sell below our cost.
Special Order Items
Special order items are items that we typically do not stock. These items may be ordered from a manufacturer or supplier specifically for a customer’s order. All sales for special order items are final.
Order Cancellation
We accept cancellation requests under certain circumstances. All cancellation requests must be submitted via writing HERE. Verbal cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Cancellations cannot be accepted for:
- Customized hardware that has already begun production
- Graphics that have already begun production
- Flooring that has already been produced or cut to size
- Special-order items
Refunds for Order Cancellations
If an order is canceled, a refund may be issued within 90 calendar days of the original payment date. Refunds are based on the payment date, not any other date such as the shipping or delivery date. After 90 days, a refund may not be granted, but store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Whenever possible, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If the original payment method is no longer valid or accessible, a refund may be issued via company check or store credit, at the discretion of Graphic Backdrops Inc.
Charges for Order Cancellations
In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the order value may apply to cancelled orders. If applicable, the fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit. If a restocking fee applies, customers will be notified by phone or email before the cancellation is processed.
Change Orders & Order Revisions (After Proof Approval, but Before Shipping)
We accept change-order requests before an order ships, depending on the circumstances. Some examples of change-orders are changes to product types, artwork, or quantities. All requests must be submitted via writing HERE. Verbal requests may not be accepted.
Changes cannot be made if:
- Customized hardware has already begun production
- Graphics have already begun production
- Flooring has already been produced or cut to size
- The item is a special-order
Refunds for Change Orders
If a change results in a refund, the refund can only be issued within 90 calendar days of the original payment date. After 90 days, a refund may not be granted, but store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Charges for Change Orders
If a change results in additional charges, payment must be made in full before the change will take effect. Customers will be informed of any additional costs.
Change Orders (After Shipping)
Product change requests cannot be accepted once an order has shipped. An order is considered “shipped” as soon as a shipping label has been created, even if the order has not yet been placed on a shipping vehicle.
After an order has shipped, shipping method changes are usually not possible. In rare cases, changes may be made if:
- The carrier allows the change
- 1–2 business days are allowed for the change to take effect

If a shipping method change is made after an order has already shipped, the transit time restarts when the change is processed.
Proofs & Proof Approval
We provide visual proofs (“e-proofs”) for all printed graphics. Proof approval is required before we begin printing.
- Proofs must be approved via email or through our website/proofing platform. Verbal approvals are not accepted.
- If your order contains multiple graphics, each one will have its own proof.
- All proofs must be approved before any graphics are printed. This means that if some graphics on an order are approved, and some are not, none of the graphics will proceed to production, including those already approved.
- Production begins on the next business day after all proofs have been approved.
If proofs are not approved within a reasonable timeframe after being sent, the order will remain on hold. If no proof approvals are received within 90 calendar days of the order date, the order may be canceled at the discretion of Graphic Backdrops Inc., and a restocking fee may apply.
If there is any discrepancy between the approved proofs and the delivered merchandise, claims should be submitted within three (3) calendar days of delivery. Email claims HERE.
Shipping Policy
We make every effort to ship orders on the specified date, but we are not liable for shipping delays. All lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. Any such claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier.
For international shipments, duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility. If Graphic Backdrops Inc. is charged for any such fees, we will bill the customer and charge the credit card used for the order.
If a delivery is refused or undeliverable, the items may be discarded by the carrier or a third party. Any refused or undeliverable items returned to us may not be accepted without an RMA and could be discarded. Graphic Backdrops Inc. accepts no responsibility for refused or returned shipments.
Return & Refund Policy
Return and refund requests must be made within three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. Email Return and refund requests HERE.
Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables. All promotional items must also be returned. Failure to follow these steps may result in denial of a refund.
- Any vouchers or gift certificates earned with the returned order will be voided.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for any damage that occurs in transit.
- Use a trackable and/or insured service for returns. Graphic Backdrops Inc. is not responsible for lost or unconfirmed returns.
- Refunds will only be issued once all return conditions are satisfied and within 90 calendar days of the payment date. After that, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
All store credits expire one (1) year after the issue date.
Product Exceptions to Return & Refund Policy
The above policy does not apply to:
- Customized hardware that has already begun production
- Graphics that have already begun production
- Flooring that has already been produced or cut to size
- Special-order items
- Clearance items
- Factory seconds
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” or “Non-Refundable”
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “All Sales Final”
Warranty Policy
Lifetime Warranty – Hardware
We offer a lifetime warranty on exhibit and display frames for the original purchaser. Items must be returned using an RMA issued by us. Replacements are provided at our discretion.
One-Year Warranty – Hardware
We provide a one-year warranty on the following items:
- Lights
- Literature racks
- Shelving units
- Shipping cases
- Magnetic mounting accessories
- Velcro mounting accessories
One-Year Warranty – Graphics and Other Items
We provide a one-year warranty on the following:
- Banner stands
- Counters
- Flooring
- Graphic prints
- Outdoor products
- Printed and unprinted table throws
Not Covered Under Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from shipping, vandalism, theft, fire, or natural disasters
- Damage from mishandling, improper storage, or exposure to extreme temperatures
- Special-order, clearance, or factory-second items
- Items marked “Non-Returnable,” “Non-Refundable,” or “Final Sale”
- Economic losses or inconvenience
- Return shipping to us is not covered (outbound replacement shipping is covered by us for ground service only; expedited shipping is available for an additional charge)
Graphic Prints
Graphic prints are delicate and must be handled carefully. Damage such as creasing, wrinkling, or delamination caused by mishandling is not covered under warranty. For care instructions, email team@graphicbackdrops.com.
Limitation of Liability
Graphic Backdrops Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of our site, products, or services.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
