Price Match Guarantee
GraphicBackdrops.com will match the price of a product if you find the product, or a very similar product, for less at another retailer.
- A valid price match request will be honored any time before ordering, and any time from order placement up to three (3) calendar days after the delivery date. Please note that the time-limit is based on the delivery date and not any other date.
- Price match requests should be submitted to contact@graphicbackdrops.com.
- The product from the other retailer must be the same or very similar, and have basically the same or very similar specifications.
- The product from the other retailer must be in-stock and available for sale at the time that a price match request is submitted.
- Based on the criteria listed above, GraphicBackdrops.com reserves the right to determine whether a price match request will be honored.
- Price Matching is applicable only to product pricing and not for shipping fees or any other fees.
- We reserve the right to not sell below our cost.
Order Cancellation
GraphicBackdrops.com will accept cancellation requests under certain circumstances, but not all circumstances. Any request to cancel an order must be emailed to contact@graphicbackdrops.com. Oral requests to cancel will not be accepted. We will try to accommodate reasonable cancellation requests, but cancellations will not be accepted for the following:
- Customized hardware that has already began production.
- Graphics that have already began production.
- Flooring which has already been produced or cut to size.
- Special-Order items.
Refunds for Order Cancellations
If an order is cancelled, a refund may be issued up to 90 calendar days after the payment date. Please note that the time-limit is based on the payment date and not any other date such as the shipping or delivery date. After 90 calendar days since payment, refunds may not be granted. However, Store Credit may be issued in lieu of a refund, subject to the discretion of GraphicBackdrops.com.
Charges for Order Cancellations
In some circumstances, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the value of the order may apply to a cancelled order. GraphicBackdrops.com will inform the customer if any fees apply to cancelling an order. If any fees apply, a refund or credit would be issued, less the applicable fees.
Change-Order & Order Revision Before an order ships
GraphicBackdrops.com will accept change-order requests under certain circumstances, but not all circumstances. Any request to change or revise an order must be emailed to contact@graphicbackdrops.com. Oral requests to change or revise an order will not be accepted. We will try to accommodate reasonable change-order requests, but change-orders will not be accepted for the following:
- Customized hardware that has already began production.
- Graphics that have already began production.
- Flooring which has already been produced or cut to size.
- Special-Order items
Refunds for Change-Orders Before an order ships
If an order is changed before the order ships, and the change results in a refund due to the customer, a refund may be issued up to 90 calendar days after the payment date. Please note that the time-limit is based on the payment date and not any other date such as the shipping or delivery date. After 90 calendar days since payment, refunds may not be granted. However, Store Credit may be issued in lieu of a refund, subject to the discretion of GraphicBackdrops.com.
Charges for Change-Orders Before an order ships
If a change-order request is submitted before an order ships, and such change will result in additional charges, all additional charges must be paid in full for the change to take effect. GraphicBackdrops.com will inform the customer if any charges apply to a change-order.
Change-Order & Order Revision After an order ships
Change-Order requests for PRODUCT changes that are submitted after an order ships cannot be accepted. Please note, once a shipping label has been created for an order, it is considered shipped, even if the order has not yet been placed on the shipping vehicle. This is because it may not be feasible to retrieve a labeled package from its current location.
Change-Order requests for SHIPPING METHOD changes that are submitted after an order ships usually cannot be accepted. In rare cases, we are able to accommodate changes to the shipping method after an order ships, but making such changes A) always depends on the carrier’s ability to accept the change, B) usually take 1-2 business days to take effect, and C) usually restart the transit time and sets the date that the change takes effect as the first transit day, even if the package has already been in transit prior to that day – all of these things may render a shipping method change ineffective. Any request to change a shipping method after an order has been shipped must be emailed to contact@graphicbackdrops.com. Due to the time-sensitive nature of shipping-change requests, we advise you to also promptly call us after emailing your request.
Proofs and Proof Approval
We create visual proofs (“eproof” or “e-proof”) for all graphics that will be printed on an order. For graphics on an order to be printed, all proofs (artwork) must be approved. Proofs must be approved via email or via our website or proofing platform. Oral approvals are not accepted. If an order has more than one graphic to be printed, there may be a separate proof for each graphic. All proofs must be approved before any one graphic on the order can be printed. No graphics will be printed until the proofs for 100% of the graphics on an order have been approved. Print Production begins on the first business day after 100% of the proofs on an order are approved.
If there is any discrepancy between the approved proofs and the merchandise that is delivered, all claims regarding such matters must be made within 24 hours (1 calendar day) of the delivery date. Please note that the time-limit is based on the delivery date and not any other date. Email claims to contact@graphicbackdrops.com. Claims made after the 24-hour period of delivery will not be honored.
Shipping Policy
GraphicBackdrops.com makes every effort to ship all orders on the day specified when an order was placed or when proofs/artwork was approved. However, Showcase 250 Inc. dba GraphicBackdrops.com will not be held liable for any delays in the shipping of products. The lead or delivery times provided by us are only estimates. These estimates should not be misconstrued as guaranteed production, shipping, or delivery times.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not liable for any third-party carrier delaying the delivery of the order. Claims for any third-party carrier delays must be processed directly with the third-party carrier.
All international shipments are subject to additional fees such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer or recipient. In the event that these fees are charged to Showcase 250 Inc dba GraphicBackdrops.com, these fees will be paid on behalf of our customer and in turn we will bill the customer. The credit card that was used to place the order will be charged for these additional fees.
Return & Refund Policy
All return and refund requests for products/merchandise and services from GraphicBackdrops.com must be made within three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. Please note that timing is based on the delivery date.

Returns are not accepted for any products listed below in the Product Exceptions to Return & Refund Policy.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from GraphicBackdrops.com is required for return items to be accepted at our warehouse. Return merchandise must arrive at our warehouse within seven (7) calendar days of the RMA being issued. The RMA number must be clearly printed on the outside of the package. Returned merchandise must be returned unused in the original packaging including all manuals, accessories, cables, etc. These policies must be adhered to for a full refund to be processed.
All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Every component and accessory (including free promotional items) must be returned together with purchased items to receive a full refund.
Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.
Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded.
A restocking fee up to 25% of the value of items returned may apply.
GraphicBackdrops.com is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on return items. Return Merchandise should be packed carefully.
GraphicBackdrops.com cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt. We recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and/or insured. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery.
Refunds will only be issued after the return conditions are satisfied, and only to a maximum of 90 calendar days after the payment date. Please note that the time-limit is based on the payment date and not any other date such as the shipping or delivery date. After 90 calendar days since payment, refunds may not be granted. However, Store Credit may be issued in lieu of a refund, subject to the discretion of GraphicBackdrops.com.
All Store Credits expire one year from the date on which the credit was issued.
Product Exceptions to Return & Refund Policy
The Return & Refund Policy above does not apply to the following items:
- Customized hardware that has already began production.
- Graphics that have already began production.
- Flooring which has already been produced or cut to size.
- Special-Order items.
- Any item that is marked as “Clearance” or similar.
- Any item that is marked as “Factory-Second” or “Factory-Seconds” or similar.
- Any item that is marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Non-Refundable” or similar.
- Any item that is marked as “Final Sale” or “All Sales Final” or similar.
Warranty Policy
Lifetime Warranty Products | Hardware
GraphicBackdrops.com will replace, at its discretion, and free of charge, any returned exhibit or display frame that fails to function due to defective materials or workmanship for a lifetime of ownership by the original purchaser. Please note that the original frame must first be returned using an RMA that is issued by GraphicBackdrops.com.
One-Year Warranty Products | Hardware
GraphicBackdrops.com will replace, at its discretion, and free of charge, the following products that fail to function due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.
- Lights
- Literature Racks.
- Shelving Units.
- Shipping Cases.
- Magnetic Mounting Components & Accessories.
- Velcro Mounting Components & Accessories.
90-Day Warranty Products
GraphicBackdrops.com will replace, at its discretion, and free of charge, the following products that fail to function due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase.
- Banner Stands.
- Counters.
- Flooring.
- Graphic Prints.
- Outdoor Products.
- Table Throws that are printed.
- Table throws that are unprinted.
What Is Not Covered under any Warranty
- Damage due to losses in shipment, vandalism, theft, fire, or natural disasters. These losses may be covered by your insurance and/or common carrier. Please check these resources.
- Damage to shipping cases. If your case is damaged in transit, you may need to file a claim with the carrier. GraphicBackdrops.com does not file such claims on your behalf.
- Damage incurred to printed graphics due to mishandling, outdoor-use where a product is not intended for such use, packing or shipping, exposure to extreme temperatures, over-rolling, folding, piercing, and creasing.
- Damage incurred to rollable graphic panels due to mishandling, outdoor-use where a product is not intended for such use, packing or shipping, exposure to extreme temperatures, over-rolling, folding, piercing, and creasing.
- Damage incurred to any product due to mishandling, outdoor-use where a product is not intended for such use, packing or shipping, exposure to extreme temperatures, over-rolling, folding, piercing, and creasing.
- Special-Order items
- Any item that is marked as “Clearance” or similar.
- Any item that is marked as “Factory-Second” or “Factory-Seconds” or similar.
- Any item that is marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Non-Refundable” or similar.
- Any item that is marked as “Final Sale” or “All Sales Final” or similar.
- Economic losses, including personal time and inconvenience.
- Return shipping to GraphicBackdrops.com is not covered under warranty. However, we will cover outbound ground shipping of replacement products. If preferred, you may request expedited shipping for an additional charge.
Graphic Prints
Graphic Prints can be damaged. All Graphic Prints are to be handled very carefully. If careful handling is not followed, delamination, creasing and/or wrinkling may occur and GraphicBackdrops.com accepts no responsibility for any such damage. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Showcase 250 Inc dba GraphicBackdrops.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of this Site or arising out of any services that are provided or made available to you through our Sites. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, Showcase 250 Inc’s liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
